NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items are exempt from being returned or refunded:

• Downloadable software products (Beats, Stems, Hybrid Tracks).
• Digital License Agreements once issued to a specific Licensee.

REFUND CONDITIONS We only consider refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
• Technical Issues: If the file is proven to be corrupted and a replacement cannot be provided.
