For Hybrid Music, while the creator (EXY COOL BEATS) maintains the original content as a portfolio, the buyer receives exclusivity based on their selected license. For Exclusive Buy-out, we will remove the original version from all streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) to provide the buyer with 100% full exclusivity for their release.
Credit Requirement: The buyer must provide clear credit as “Prod. By EXY” for Limited licenses. For Unlimited or Buy-out licenses, credit is optional but appreciated.
A formal and detailed Music License Agreement (Full Version) will be provided to the buyer immediately after the purchase is completed. This document will serve as legal proof of your usage rights and revenue share according to the selected license level.
